This adds Service Location Protocol support.
To use this patch, run these commands for a successful build:
patch -p1 <patches/slp.diff
./prepare-source
./configure --enable-slp
make
TODO: the configure changes should abort if the user requests --enable-slp
and we can't honor that request.
