  * Update phydm to improve TP stability
  * Support WiFi-HAL for Android 8
  * Build with kernel 4.19
- Drop patch allow-reproducible-builds.patch which was
  merged upstream by gordboy
- Fix build with Leap 15 by parsing correctly the lp150 suffix
