- Large cleanup of both the spec and config.toml to correct many
build issues for the new version
- Add rust-1.21.0-44203-exclude-compiler-rt-test.patch
- Add rust-1.21.0-44066-ppc64-struct-abi.patch
- Add rust-1.21.0-44440-s390x-global-align.patch
- Remove add-soname.patch
