- Added s390-tools-sles15sp1-qethqoat-add-OSA-Express7S-support.patch
  qethqoat: add OSA-Express7S support
  (Fate#326805, bsc#1121222)
- Modified the spec file to: (bsc#1119966)
  * Add a group named zkeyadm
  * Create directory /etc/zkey/repository
  * Set the permissions on /etc/zkey and /etc/zkey/repository
  * Added /usr/lib/modules-load.d/pkey.conf 
- Made numerous changes to the spec file based on the output from
  spec-cleaner.
