Accepting request 1120333 from home:mschreiner:branches:server:proxy
- bsc#1115456: Migrate from cron to systemd timers.
- There are three systemd timers available: daily, weekly and monthly.
- The sysconfig.sarg file has been removed, as we can now control how
the timers operate directly through systemctl.
