Hi, I would like to maintain this software. I upgraded it to 1.4 and fixed dependency bugs. The spec file are now written in idiomatic openSUSE way to package a python software (at least IMO).

The old version cannot build anymore on all openSUSE versions due to recent python-packaging change.

This is my first time to submit a package. Please tell me if I did something error :)

2d783268e5 Accepting request 845361 from home:avindra 
Restoring package (from an old leap build). It has been ported to Python 3, and tested locally on my test system.
