Accepting request 824841 from home:kukuk:selinux
- Cleanup spec file and follow more closely Fedora
- Label /sys/kernel/uevent_helper with tmpfiles.d/selinux-policy.conf
- Move config to /etc/selinux/config and create during %post install
to be compatible with upstream and documentation.
- Add RPM macros for SELinux (macros.selinux-policy)
- Install booleans.subs_dist
- Remove unused macros
- Sync make/install macros with Fedora spec file
- Introduce sandbox sub-package
