783148e2e0 - Update to 3.3.15

- patch 9e54f6a661330070ad25a0e86f197b3530bfc5c7.patch removed since
  it is not needeed anymore
- Fix license tag, it's GPL-3.0-or-later.
- add 9e54f6a661330070ad25a0e86f197b3530bfc5c7.patch: fixes
  build with python 3.13+
- Update project url.
- update to 3.3.14:
  * Update translations
  * Add 'fur' into shipped locales
  * Update translations
- Don't call dbus-send in %post as that would auto launch the server

  Summary of the changes from 3.3.10 to 3.3.12
 * Use get_package_nvr* functions instead of get_rpm_nvr*
 * Add plugin which analyzes execmem denials
