- Remove obsolete patches
* sharutils-set_file_mode.diff
* sharutils-mandir.patch
* sharutils-stdio.in.patch
- Enable openssl support
- Remove bcond and allways build with mailx
- Update lang package macros
- Update to Version 4.15
