Relax three over-strict runtime dependency floors that upstream set at initial release as uv-lock pin-inflation (never touched in 18 later commits), not real API requirements: pydantic >=2.12.0->2.11.7, rich >=14.3.0->14.0.0, typer >=0.23.0->0.16.0. The code uses only long-stable APIs of each; verified against Leap 16.0's shipped versions (pydantic 2.11.7 / rich 14.0.0 / typer 0.16.0 / click 8.2.1, Python 3.13) with the full offline unit suite green (1249 passed) plus a CLI smoke test. The typer <0.24 cap (click/semgrep clash) is unchanged. No functional change on Factory/TW (which ship newer). Lets the package install on Leap 16.0.
