- added rpm group
- Factory has libfmt 11 now, updated pkgconfig 
- update spec to fix build failure. Option is called SPDLOG_BUILD_EXAMPLE, and has to be
  turned off, to avoid upstream issue with libfmt (see https://github.com/gabime/spdlog/issues/3129).
