Subject: [PATCH] Fix build with recent autotools

Tell autoconf where m4 macros are, or else the build fails like this:

configure.ac:12: the top level
|
|
configure.ac:71: error: possibly undefined macro: AM_GNU_GETTEXT_VERSION
|
|
If this token and others are legitimate, please use m4_pattern_allow.
|
|
