- Add stardict-drop-autotools-gconf.patch: Drop an obsolete gconf2
macro from autotools scripts.
- Miscellaneous specfile cleanups (spec-cleaner).
- Hack: Build with `-fpermissive` CFLAGS to avoid innumerable
`const char *` to `char *` casts due to ongoing transition to
gtk3.
