d7fa9afd30 Accepting request 1113410 from security 
- Version update to 0.93:
  * upstream moved to github
  * Drop support for versions of nettle older than 2014 
  * Further v4 token work 
  * fixes in README
  * Add --both option to print current and next token
  * Support for v4 token decode
