Dirk Mueller 2591981f96 Accepting request 392689 from home:kstreitova:branches:Base:System

- add sudo-1.8.16-pam_groups.patch to do group setup in
  policy_init_session() before calling out to the plugin. This makes
  it possible for the pam_group module to change the group in
  pam_setcred() [fate#318850]

In the default (ie unconfigured) configuration sudo asks for root password.
This allows to use an ordinary user account for administration of a freshly
installed system. When configuring sudo, please make sure to delete the two
following lines:

Defaults targetpw    # ask for the password of the target user i.e. root
%users ALL=(ALL) ALL # WARNING! Only use this together with 'Defaults targetpw'!
