- Update to 0.11.26:
* Do not check for free space on master directories.
* Subscribing to events should not bump event ID.
* Correctly report errors encountered parsing ignores.
* Create missing directories when necessary ("dst stat dir: ..."
error).
* Add syncthing-inotify.service optional systemd dependency.
