* remove 60-io-scheduler.rules
* remove 80-hotplug-cpu-mem.rules
* remove 99-wakeup-from-idle.rules
* remove /usr/lib/modules-load.d/sg.conf
these are now maintained in the new package system-tuning-common-SUSE
