+ Support optional initialization of the machine ID from the KVM
or container configured UUID.

- Drop fix-c++-compat.patch, no-tmpfs-fsck.patch,
systemd-journald-fix-endianess-bug.patch.
- Requires util-linux >= 2.21 (needed to fix fsck on tmpfs).
