- Allow build with bam >= 0.5.0.

This fixes build on Tumbleweed which has bam-0.5.1.

However, please note that bam was miscompiled so teeworlds will still fail to build in games - with error "bam: error: registering of lua functions failed" this time - until sr#596978 is accepted. The build is green in my branch because I've made a link to the fixed version of bam.
