NOTE:
Ensure to unlink texi2html inside Publishing before accepting.
Once done, accept this SR and submit as a new package to openSUSE:Factory
together with texi2roff and texinfo (both submits coming from me in a bit).
There is no compelling reason to maintain the three tarballs inside
one 'package container': they are already all maintained by their own spec file
and .changes file, so in fact they are already independeny.
