- Backport TeXLive 2021, full python3 support and no poppler anymore 
- Add missed package splits for bsc#1196711

- Extend patch texlive-scripts_scripts.dif
  * boo#1193473 -- /etc/cron.daily/suse-texlive from texlive causes warnings
    OK make them silent

- Do not touch shebang with patch latexdiff_p2top3.dif

- Add the patches to convert python2 helper scripts to python3
  * ejpecp_p2top3.dif
  * enctex_p2top3.dif
  * latexdiff_p2top3.dif
  * newcommand_p2top3.dif
  * punknova_p2top3.dif
