  * ttk respect -cursor option
  * MouseWheel for ttk::scrollbar
  * fix fontconfig crash when no font installed
  * fix tearoff menu redraw artifacts
  * stop crash w/Noto Color Emoji font
  * fix crash of angled text w/o Xft
  * fix crash when active button is destroyed
  * disfavor Master/Slave terminology
  * many more bug fixes.
