- Replace appstream-glib with AppStream BuildRequires, pass
ui-tests=false to meson setup, use meson_test macro instead of
explicitly calling appstream and desktop-file-validate during

- Replace pkgconfig(libpeas-1.0) and pkgconfig(libpeas-gtk-1.0)
with pkgconfig(libpeas-2) BuildRequires following upstream
changes.
- Stop passing enable-easy-codec-installation=yes to meson setup,
no longer needed nor supported, dropped upstream.
