- fixed the execstartpre for unbound so we actually call
  unbound-anchor now.

- fixed a few rpmlint warnings
  - added unbound-rpmlintrc: files duplicate on those man page
    links
  - changed symlink to /usr/sbin/service
  - improved descriptions

  merged lots of stuff from the fedora package
  - added python/munin/shlib/anchor subpackages
- currently the package only supports systemd
