Accepting request 247952 from home:jengelh:branches:server:database

- Turn Obsoletes: libiodbc-devel back into Conflicts.
  The iODBC project has not shut down, and unixODBC-devel does
  _not_ provide all files from iODBC, like libiodbc.pc.
