Accepting request 999760 from home:sbrabec:branches:util-linux-2.38 This submit performs a substantial bootstrap and project changes: - Project prjconf needs "Prefer: libuuid1". - Project needs to remove link packages util-linux-systemd and python3-libmount. - Bootstrap packages should build with util-linux-mini. All other packages should build with util-linux.
