Accepting request 445244 from editors

- Updated to revision 130, fixes the following problems
  * Not enough testing for entering Ex commands.
  * Display problem with 'foldcolumn' and a wide character. (esiegerman)
  * Cancelling completion still inserts text when formatting is done  for
  'textwidth'. (lacygoill)
  * Display test fails on MS-Windows.
  * Parallel make still doesn't work. (Lewis Muir)
  * Configure uses "ushort" while the Vim code doesn't.
