- Updated to revision 1721, fixes the following problems

Browse Source 
* Leaking memory when opening a channel fails.
  * Coverity: not using return value of set_ref_in_item().
  * Leaking memory when there is a cycle involving a job and a partial.
  * Tests fail without the job feature.
