* 'efm' does not handle Tabs in pointer lines.
* When spell checking the German sharp s is not seen as a word
character.
* When using an InsertCharPre autocommand autoindent fails.
* Gvim does not work when 'guioptions' includes "f".
* Using a count before "v" and "V" does not work.
