The OBS repo is ahead of git. This brings it back in sync. This is also my first openSUSE git pull request, so please let me know how I can do better. I am also a package maintainer for this package on OBS.

@regularhunter This package (weechat) is not alone in having the problem. I'm not sure, but I believe there is a plan to sync up the factory git branch with the state of openSUSE:Factory in git. In that case, this PR won't be needed, but we certainly appreciate you caring about this issue as the package maintainer!
