- version update to 1.0.0

- Add bash completions.

I want to maintain wlopm in X11:Wayland. This software allows people to set screen output "on" and "off" especially on laptops that cannot turn off their output automatically so people will create a script that detects if the lid is closed, the output of the screen should be off.
