- Update to 1.8
* Switch to ISC license
* add -s option to ignore scrolling events
* add -t option to hide the mouse cursor after x seconds have
passed without mouse movement.
* add -m w* options to move the cursor in the current window
* add 'all' modifier to -i option to ignore all modifiers
