[HVM][SVM] Avoid double-execution of NMI handler.
|
|
|
|
Remove the do_nmi() call from the vmexit logic, as the NMI is held
|
|
pending and will be handled in the context of the host when the STGI
|
|
instruction is executed.
|
|
