  * Ignore corrupted desktop-files on store Ignore empty launchers on
  store
  * Set correct desktop file name for translations
  * Makefile.in.in: Pass arguments to tar to make build reproducible
  regardless of user or umask

New package. This is a small program to create/manage panel layouts. It's quite handy as it allows to back up your own config as well. I patched it so that it includes an openSUSE layout too. 
Please give me a feedback if you can before I submit to Factory. Ultimately I'd like to refresh the default look to have something like this: https://imgur.com/a/NFcxUoU
