- Updated xplanet-giflib5.patch (taken from Fedora). Only needed
for openSUSE > 13.2.
- Added gcc6.patch to fix compilation with GCC 6 (boo#985129).

- Added "CPPFLAGS=-I%{_includedir}/netpbm" to fix compilation with netpbm
support in Factory (the netpbm headers where moved from /usr/include to
/usr/include/netpbm).
- Use pkgconfig(...) for xorg-x11 build requirements.

- Update to 1.2.0 including:
o Added the -grs_longitude option, to specify the longitude of
Jupiter's Great Red Spot, in System II coordinates. This assumes
the Jupiter image has the center of the Great Red Spot at pixel 0
(at the left side of the image) in order to draw it at the right
position.
o Added the Icosagnomonic projection
o Fixed a bug where output filenames had an extra digit in some
cases
o Added the bump_map and bump_scale options in the configuration
file
o Added the -glare option to set the size of the sun's glare
o An image map may be specified for the sun in the configuration
file now. A shade value is now required for the sun (should be
100, otherwise the sun will have a night side!)
o Added the -arc_spacing option to set the default angular
distance between great arc points. It used to be 0.1 degree, so
arcs smaller than this wouldn't get drawn
o Fixed a bug where markers were not aligned properly when using
align = "above" or "below"
o Added warnings if options are specified in the [default] section
of the configuration file that probably shouldn't be there

cannot be abbreviated to -proj anymore!

- Update to xplanet-1.0.6 with the following since 1.0.4:
o Fixed a bug where markers on the far side of a planet were being
drawn when they shouldn't have been.
o Fixed a bug where satellites were not drawn for some locales.
o Added -projection random. This picks a random projection.
o Improved locale support. The date string is now converted to
UTF-8 using iconv() after being created by strftime() in the
default encoding. Added the "lang" keyword to marker files.
o Floating point numbers in all input files must be in the "C"
locale format, meaning that the decimal separator must be the '.'
character and not the ','.
o Fixed align=center option in marker files.

- Update to 1.0.1 which is a rewrite of xplanet changing it's beha-
viour somewhat. See the file /usr/share/doc/packages/xplanet/NEWS
for more info on that.
- Remove the update_clouds.sh script. People who know what they're
doing should be the only ones doing this, and they will make such
a script by themselves.

- Updated to 0.94 which includes:
o Minor changes to allow compilation with Sun Workshop compiler.
o Great arc files may now be placed in an "arcs" subdirectory.
o Added the -mapbounds options. Xplanet now works with maps
that don't cover the whole globe. This is useful if the user
has a hi-res map and wants to display a small area.
o Added the -print_coordinates option. Xplanet will print out the
observer's location and then exit. This might be useful for
satellite tracking, or getting the position of the sun or
moon.
o Added the -start_cloud and -stop_cloud options to xplanetbg.
They are cloud images assumed to be at the start and end
times of the run. Intermediate cloud images are interpolated
linearly. This only works if the -num_times option is also
used.
o Added the -specular_file option. This adds the sunlight
reflected off of the ocean.
o Set LC_NUMERIC to C so that satellite marker files get written
properly for some locales.
o Added the -spacing option to set spacing between great arc
points.
o Added the "symbolsize" option to the marker file.
o Added the -hibernate and -idlewait options to xplanetbg.
