Accepting request 111996 from YaST:Head

- add kernel parameters (detected necessary and user specfied one during
  installation) to grub2's config file (bnc#752939)
- 2.23.1

- add new grub2-efi module to support booting on UEFI firmware.

- adapted ssh command for 2nd stage ssh installation (bnc#745340)
