* allow snapshot dir to be different
  * pytest-rerunfailures compatibility
  * Added a new CLI flag: --snapshot-patch-pycharm-diff
  * relax python version constraint, remove upperbound
  * ignore unused snapshots for skipped test
  * update classifiers, metadata
