Discussed on openSUSE Release meeting we will introduce minimal python2-pip and python2-setuptools (or even just python2-pip) so people can use pip ecosystem to install packages if they go crazy enough or use CI based on TW and wanna test py2)

Checklist: to fix

  • use update-alternatives in pip and setuptools to make sure there is no conflict with python3 variants
