Accepting request 938620 from home:bnavigator:python-rpm-macros
- Drop true-binary.patch which is not compatible with python310
- Some rpmlint cleanup:
* Deduplicate docs
* Remove she-bangs in test files
* Remove empty doc files
* Filter test certificate warning
