- update to 0.8.0:
  * Return 400, if the query string is not a dict
  * rest: return 415 when content-type is invalid
  * json: raise ValueError invalid list or dict
  * Fixes exception path with the datatype is a Object
  * Update README formatting for release tools
  * Set up dependencies for cross-tests
