- Update to 1.3.2:
    * Fixed a crash with invalid subscript index.
    * Implement proper base class semantics for Python 3, where
      every class derives from object.
    * Allow more fine-grained control over C extension loading
      in the manager.
    * Fixed a crash issue with the pytest brain module.
