- update to version 2.14.0
  - sphinxext: Warn if namespace or command pattern invalid
  - fix tox python3 overrides

  - Fix cmd2 doc URL
  - add lib-forward-testing-python3 test job
  - support cmd2 0.9.1 in interactive mode
