- Do not generate sphinx docu, it is online and now we have only

python3 Sphinx anyway

  * Support for new python and ssl
- Remove patches that are in upstream release:

  * 0001-ssl-connect-used-non-monotonic-time.time-for-timeout.patch
  * 0002-Fix-for-Python-3.7-506.patch
  * 0003-Fix-compatibility-with-Python-3.7-ssl.SSLSocket-531.patch
