- update to version 1.4.0
- shorten the summary to fix an rpmlint error
- add python-ply and python-six as BuildRequires to ensure their availability
- remove python-decorator from Requires: unneeded
- remove unwanted shebang in jsonpath.py
- add jsonpath.py to the package files
