- update to 1.15.6:

* Fixed issue with legacy python 2.7 and 3.5.
  * Python 3.13 is now supported.
  * Fixed `SyntaxError: invalid syntax` happening when the
    default value of one argument of the created function is a
  * subclass of a basic primitive.

- Update to Version 1.13.0
