- Update to 0.12.0
  * Raise SystemExit on expected errors
  * Revise error messages for consistency
  * Support setuptools-style macOS cross compilation via ARCHFLAGS
  * Allow to overwrite macOS platform tag via _PYTHON_HOST_PLATFORM
  * Include (similar) allowed keys in error messages
- Refresh test wheels
