- Update to 1.10
  * Add Python 3.11 and 3.12 to tests.
  * Switch from distutils to setuptools.
  * Remove unsupported Python 2.7 and 3.6 from tests.
  * Replace assertEquals with assertEqual.
  * Replace assert_ with assertIn or assertTrue.
  * Update to python 3.13
- Limit Python files matched in %files section
- Switch build system from setuptools to pyproject.toml
  * Add python-pip and python-wheel to BuildRequires
  * Replace %python_build with %pyproject_wheel
  * Replace %python_install with %pyproject_install
