- Update to 1.5.1:
  - stubtest: Fix __mypy-replace false positives.
  - Update typing_extensions stubs.
- Update test suite dependencies:
  - types_psutil_version 5.9.5.15 -> 5.9.5.16
  - types_setuptools_version 68.0.0.2 -> 68.0.0.1
- Rename package from mypy to python-mypy.
  - Rename .spec, .changes and rpmlintrc files, accordingly.
