  * minor improvements in grammar.CFG, Vader, pl196x corpus reader,
    StringTokenizer
  * change implementation <= and >= for FreqDist so they are partial
    orders
  * make FreqDist iterable
  * correctly handle Penn Treebank trees with a unlabeled branching
    top node
