- Update to 0.9.3
* pragma_include now accepts a new jail argument,
a boolean. By default jail is false. If jail is
true, the paths to included files must be in or under
the path from include_paths.
* pragma_include now permits pathlib.Path
objects in its include_paths parameter.
It still supports str objects too, of course.
